What changes did you make to minimize your footprint on our environment this year? Although i believe global warming to be a natural planetary change that is inevitable, I still recognize the importance of conservation and the urgent need for humans to stop destroying our planet. I gave up my clothes dryer and my car. Not easy, but very satisfying to know that I'm doing something to help our Earth, and teaching my kids to do the same. Just curious what other lifestyle changes people have made.
What are some changes a vegetarian woman would notice in her menstrual cycle? It will be almost 2 years that I am a vegetarian. I know that the lack of meat in my diet probably has an effect in my blood, which probably means there will be a change in my menstrual cycle. I've seen some changes, but I rather not describe them on here. But if other vegetarian women out there are willing to share the changes that they've noticed, I'd really like to know and be able to compare.
How to initiate change in your life and stick to the changes? For years I've been doing the same things, same job I don't like, same terrible organisational skills, well I suppose it's just routine but this year I'm planning on going to University (I've got a young family as well) and I've got to hold down a job at the same time. I won't be successful if I don't shape up in terms of organisational skills and time keeping, but I don't know how to change my own bad habits and sticking to the changes. Any advice? Thank you.
What chemical changes does the human body go through in the first fourteen days after death? I am writing a story in which the principal character regularly handles dead bodies. Part of the plot premise depends on trying to alter the course of chemical changes the body goes through in the first weeks after death. But my college physiology courses were kind of hit-or-miss on post-mortem issues. If you have any books, links, or information about the changes the human body goes through in the first fourteen days after death I would be very appreciative and you would get ten extra points!
What dietary changes should I make to see improvement in my skin? I loves the junk food. FORTUNATELY <insert sarcasm here> I'm also disgusted with my weight and am looking for a change. Some people advise that you eat certain things and stay away from others to lessen the severity of acne. I figure why not try to kill two birds with one stone by making changes to what I eat. Have you any advice? I'd appreciate it. And yes, I will be eliminating the junk food as best I can.

What changes have you seen over the years in gang activity, positive or negative? Before in the 80s and 90s, there wasn't as much gangs depending on where you went. Gangs are everywhere now, even in places like South OC. It is more divided by racial groups and middle and lower class. Though some places in Downtown LA are improving a bit. What changes have you seen over the years and why do you think it's happened?

What were the economic changes during the Federalist Era? The Federalist Era lasted from 1783-1801 and I'm doing a project on the economic changes and ideology changes of that time. I'm having a hard time finding any good evidence and this project is due Monday. I would really appreciate any help.
How to identify scales from chord changes? In a piece of music how do you tell which scale to play by looking at chord changes? Also what do these abbreviations stand for/mean? I also wanted to know, if when you transpose music from two different instruments that play in different keys (for example a Bb tenor to Eb alto), do the chord changes need to be transposed too? Any help at all regarding chord changes will be highly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
What simple changes can I make in my life to be more optimistic? I'm very pessimistic and surround myself with problems and people that just hurt me in the long run, whether they want to or not. What sort of changes can I make day-to-day to start on a path to be more optimistic? Thank you, "Rico" And no, I'm trying to fix it. Which is why I'm asking. For someone who's telling me how I should think more possitive you jumped to a conclusion... a negative one at that.
Changes???? My body has been going through so funny changes and I don't know why. I had a very weird period in Aug. that was 4 days early... In Sep. it was just spotting during the time of when I was suppossed to have a period but end when my period would. After a week I had sex with my husband and we both notice how much wetter I was, in fact the discharge was white with no real odor. I have had no pain when having sex or bleeding. I had some weight gain that everyone sees. I have no itch or odor discharge any other time. I have taken a hpt and negative. Anyone else went through something like this? Could this be a sign of pregancy and its just to early when I took the test( before the spotting and a day after is when I took it)? Going to the doctor next week, scaried for bad news...
How an increase in the price level changes interest rates? Explain to me how an increase in the price level changes interest rates. How does this change in interest rates lead to changes in investment and net exports? Okay, dumbbutthole. You didn't answer my question for shit. How can I make some cool, cheap changes to my room? I've been wanting to change my room for awhile now, ever since my best friend changed her room and it looks awesome. The problem is, there's not much I can do because my house is a rental and the landlord won't let us make any changes to the walls and stuff (like painting, etc.). I don't have a lot of money and my room is very small. I would like to have some cool storage solutions, and just generally make my room look BETTER. Any ideas? OK, lemme give you guys a whole little tour of my room so you can imagine it better. It's kind of like two rectangles, a smaller one and a bigger one. You walk in and you're standing in the smaller rectangle, facing the window. Near the window is my beanbag chair which I hardly ever sit on and a rack of stuffed animals that I can't bear to part with. Next to the rack is a tall bookshelf that was originally used as a pantry. I keep a variety of things in the shelf, books (duh), trophies, etc. I also have an old clip-on light thing clipped onto one of the shelves but I don't use it anymore because we only bought it so I would have light to see my word processor screen with. Since I don't have the word processor anymore, I don't use the light. Under the pantry shelves is a whole big bin of more stuffed animals. Next to the bin against the adjoining wall is a bookshelf CRAMMED with books. The opposite wall is my bed and at the foot of the bed is a bookshelf. Hope that helped!
How do Changes in the Money Supply Effect Inflation? I am just a regular person and not an economics student. Regardless, can someone please explain to me (in layman's terms) the effect of changes in money supply on inflation. I understand that demand in excess of supply is a cause of inflation and I've heard that inflation is when too much money chases too few goods (if I remember that line correctly). But what exactly does this mean in layman's terms? How does increasing the money supply effect, for example, the price of a gallon of milk or gasoline? In advance, thank you for any help received.

What energy changes take place when a ball that is falling through the air reaches its terminal velocity? I know that at terminal velocity, kinetic energy remains constant. I know that potential energy decreases because the height changes and air friction against the ball causing heat but I know that is minimal. I really need to know also, where does all that extra potential energy go because before terminal velocity, I would have said kinetic energy but because this is constant, where does the bulk of the potential energy go. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Which of the following best explains why prices tend to be inflexible even when demand changes? Which of the following best explains why prices tend to be inflexible even when demand changes? 1) Government regulations limit the number of times a firm can change prices in a year. 2) In most industries the profit-maximizing price does not change even when demand changes. 3) Production costs do not tend to change when a firm varies its level of output. 4) Firms may be reluctant to change prices for fear of setting off a price war or losing customers to rivals.
