please someone help me i have forgotten my administrative password and my internet is not working please tell me theres a way to reset it im desperate

1. The default "Administrator" account? The one that is hidden and only visible when you start in safe mode? Start windows in safe mode. Keep pressing F8 repeatedly as your computer boots up to get to the safe mode menu. A new account called "Administrator" should become visible, you can log in with that and change your passwords on your other administrator level user accounts.
