How do you remove parental blocks on a Windows Vista with out an administrative password?

I have a windows vista laptop. there is a parental block on it and its really annoying. I don't have the administrative password ,but if anybody knows anything please answer!

1. There is no way around it unless you are the admin.
2. There are a couple of ways but they are usually not worthwhile trying. You could maybe format the whole computer and reinstall windows. Or you can ask the administrator to unblock parental control (simple!). But you had better keep a backup of all your files before you format the PC.
