How to enter into my computer when i forgot administrative password?

In my computer i given administrative password? i have to give that password when i switch on my computer.but i forgot that password. i cant enter into my computer in safe mode also. plz help me imm

1. system password is the one that is used when you switch on your computer. Reset the CMOS to get rid of that. Pull out the battery on the motherboard and disconnect the power for a minute or two.
2. Use PCLOGINNOW from http://pcloginnow.com/product.html This is a great utility to reset administrator password. Burn the software in a CD and then boot from that CD...The system will restart automatically and use Administrator user account with blank passowrd. Remember to create a password for the Administrator after logon for your security.
3. 4. Try pressing alt+ctrl+delete in the login window and then press ok for a username and password window...
5. Restart ur computer and press F8 & go to safe mode -> control panel -> user account -> remove password that's it enjoy !
