Is an Administrative Assistant a job for a Freshman in College?

I found a add for an part time Administrative Assistant on craigslist, and the it seems like I meet the qualifications. But reading further into it, I feel like this job is for someone with a little more experience or certifications/degrees. What is your opinion?

1. i would think it would be a great job while in college. However, most of them I have heard of are full time. I would be leary about part - time on crags list. Definetely check into it before applying. Doesn't hurt to try if it seems legit.
